A former chemist, Mathilde Allegre has enjoyed great success in marketing, development and sales. As Global Sustainability Manager, she helps LLS customers meet their sustainability goals through innovative ingredients and solutions. She also manages the company’s internal sustainability efforts, establishing guidelines and working with R&D, marketing and sourcing teams to ensure minimum environmental and social impact.
Fun fact: Mathilde enjoys riding her white horse in the French countryside.
