Jessica’s passion for helping customers bring new solutions to the market has been the driving force of her 16+-year career at Lubrizol. She spent more than ten years as a cosmetic formulator before making the move to marketing, where she continues to drive the innovation that helps to solve customers’ needs within skin cleansing. With a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, it’s no surprise she takes a technical approach to her work. Throughout her career, she has also worked with customers to launch formulations in the market for skincare, sun care, and cleansing. 

Fun fact: Jessica also has a passion for farming. She spends some of her free time volunteering for a local CSA (community-supported agriculture) that delivers sustainable fresh produce to the community.
