Focus: I work with global customers to identify opportunities and develop projects that drive growth and create value. In my role, I develop application strategies and processes based on formulations and claims that differentiate Lubrizol from competitors. I also collaborate with Lubrizol cross-functional teams to introduce novel polymers and explore new technologies to grow the hair care business.
Recent accomplishments: Introduced Chromapol™ Color POP polymer for total color care. I worked on SilSense™ Bio 5 emollient which is a sustainable silicone alternative to D5 cyclopentasiloxane for thermal protection, oxidation colors and lighteners. I’ve also worked on Kelco-Care™ diutan gum and Sensomer™ Tara polymers as natural rheology modifiers for hair color application.
