Focus: Through the Accelerator Program, Laura collaborates with clients to help them speed their products to market – from the initial concept, texture proposals, the suggestion of active ingredients, the scale-up and all steps related to the development of the product. In partnership with Lubrizol’s finished goods customers, she advances solutions and makes it possible to launch innovative and effective products in a short period of time.
Recent accomplishments: Laura lead the R&D on one of the largest projects of the Accelerator Program: the development of 16 formulas in a short period of time for a large and strategic client in their first launch of facial care products. Since then the customer has requested new formulations which reinforces their trust in us. It is also an opportunity to continue strengthening the relationship and assist their brand grow hand in hand with our active and functional ingredients.
