TempRite® Engineered Materials are an ideal replacement for standard vinyl solutions in certain exterior applications, where heat distortion and dimensional stability can become serious problems, particularly in dark colors.
Our products offer Heat Distortion Temperatures of up to 220⁰F (105⁰C) and Vicat Softening Points of up to 261⁰F (127⁰C), which represents a 37% increase in heat stability over conventional PVC materials.
Typical applications requiring heat-resistance include windows and doors, fencing and railing, siding, gutters and light fixture assemblies.
