Stakeholders in Sustainability

Stakeholder Engagement and Materiality

Our sustainability materiality assessment was conducted by a third party in 2018. In 2019 and 2020, we made modest updates to the assessment to best reflect the current state of our world, business and stakeholder interests. Our assessment and review process included the following steps:

  • Identification of stakeholders – to assure we engaged with key stakeholders, identified as our functional leaders, employees, customers, peers, suppliers and industry associations
  •

  • Prioritization of topics – based on stakeholder input and analysis of the information collected
  •

  • Validation – of the results with key leaders in the organization.
