CLEVELAND, Ohio — Lubrizol has announced that IMCD will be exhibiting Lubrizol’s industrial thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) solutions at Plastpol trade show from May 19-22 in Poland.

Through close technical partnership, IMCD’s expert team was able to optimize the process by stabilizing extrusion parameters across multiple lines, therefore achieving a more robust and consistent manufacturing window.

The use of Lubrizol’s halogen-free ESTANE^®TPU portfolio played a key role in enabling these improvements. The result was a clear step-change in performance: restored surface quality, improved process stability, and a measurable 3 to 5% increase in throughput.
