Focus: Rohinee`s focus is on hair care and skin cleansing where she innovates in terms of developing new formulations and applications as per regional requirements for these segments. Rohinee also supports customers with trouble shooting and developing new products for their brands as well as participates in global new product launches for hair care and skin cleansing.

Recent accomplishments: Rohinee worked on the development of a sustainable silicon replacement in order to generate a value proposition suitable for SAME customers in hair oil/leave-on conditioner application keeping in mind their requirements and regional consumer insights in mind. She has also worked on our newest and sustainable/inherently biodegradable polymer for formulation suitable for South Asia & Middle East. She developed a kit with different and newer application of Carbopol™ SC800 polymer to help the Sales team market the product in SAME region.
