Years of experience: 18

Focus: Provides technical support for Lubrizol Life Science – Beauty customers. She troubleshoots problems during formulation development and manufacturing and works with clients to develop product formulations that meet their goals and consumer expectations. Improving the sustainability profile of their formulations is another priority.

Recent accomplishments: She led the development of two in vitro testing methodologies: one for assessing ingredients that protect hair against pollution, proving Fixate™ polymers can protect the hair in addition to their styling benefits, and the other for evaluating the impact of heat on hair and showing that Merquat™ polymers have a protective effect.
