This formula is manufactured by cold process with Carbopol® Ultrez 30 polymer, Glucate™ DO emulsifier, Chemonic™ OE-10 ethoxylated alcohol, and Novemer™ EC-2 polymer. The combination of these products with Schercemol™ DISM and CATC esters deliver a rich cream, leaving this formula a good afterfeel and providing good removal of cosmetic color from the skin.
