Tesham Gor

Tesham Gor is corporate vice president, corporate strategy and consumer insights.  Mr. Gor joined Lubrizol in 2002 and has held a variety of strategic, commercial and business management positions. This includes a two-year assignment in Hong Kong where he was responsible for the conductive polymers business.  Additionally, Mr. Gor served as vice president and general manager for the company’s Performance Coatings business and most recently as vice president Industrial Specialties within the company’s Lubrizol Additives business segment.  Prior to joining Lubrizol, Mr. Gor worked for Koninklijke Hoogovens.  He has more than 20 years of diverse international work experience in finance, operations, commercial and general management, and strategic planning.  

Mr. Gor earned a graduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville and an executive MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. During his doctoral studies, he was awarded the American Education in Japan (AIEJ) scholarship and was based in Toyohashi, Japan, where he conducted his dissertation research work. Mr. Gor has published and presented at the Winter Simulation Conference, Industrial Engineering Research Conference and INFORMS.  Also active in the community, Mr. Gor is a United Way volunteer.
