Lubrizol Exhibiting at Chinaplas and NPE 2024

CLEVELAND, Ohio – An industry leader in both innovation and sustainable solutions, Lubrizol will have a significant presence at two of this year’s biggest plastic industry events, Chinaplas and NPE.

TPU, a highly versatile elastomer, has been renowned for its superior performance and processing flexibility since it was invented by Lubrizol 65 years ago and strengthened in the decades since.

Lubrizol will be an exhibitor at Chinaplas, which will be held from April 23-26 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. Chinaplas is the largest plastics and rubber trade fair in Asia and one of the most influential exhibitions in the world. A series of TPU innovations and capabilities will be showcased at Lubrizol’s booth, located at Hall 6.2-C11, to inspire manufacturers, brands, and value chain partners from dozens of industries with more new ideas and opportunities.

At NPE 2024, The Plastics Show, in Orlando, Florida, three experts from Lubrizol will present at conference sessions on May 7 and 8 and other Lubrizol representatives will be available at booth #S37017 from May 6-10. NPE is the largest gathering of plastics producers in the Americas, also attracting exhibitors and customers from a wide variety of industries.

• Medical-grade TPU, which provides superior biostability, biocompatibility and processing versatility for use in cardiology, orthopedics, and many other applications.
• Specialty materials that offer enhanced heat resistance, improved flame and smoke properties, and increased resistance to thermal sagging for common building materials

Technical presentations by Lubrizol experts at NPE will touch on High Modulus Engineered Thermoplastic Polyurethanes in metal-replacement applications, Thermoplastic Polyurethane Carbon Fiber Reinforced Laminates (TPU-CFRL) for lightweight applications, and new discoveries in sustainable solutions with TPU.
