Focus: Joining Lubrizol in 2010 as an application engineer for the hair care segment, Siron has worked with global brands and key customers, providing them with value-added solutions for both hair care and skin cleansing segments. Now with almost 20 years’ experience in the Personal Care industry, Siron has extensive knowledge and experience in hair care formulation development, conditioning mechanism research and hair evaluation methodology.

Recent accomplishments: She has been the technical leader for promoting Carbopol^® SC-800 polymer in cleansing systems. The polymer recently won a 2022 Personal Care and Home Ingredients (PCHi) Fountain Award in the emulsifying and stabilizing category. To expand her technical influence, Siron is continuously educating herself to better promote scalp care. She was recently involved with launching the quick rinse hair conditioner concept as a sustainable solution in the hair conditioner segment and was key to developing a new facial bean product from start to finish, helping to develop the product formulation, coordinate manufacturing and ensure global compliance.
