Carboset® SA 850A is an acrylic copolymer emulsion specifically developed for elastomeric masonry coatings. High performance coatings can be formulated using Carboset SA 850A for a variety of construction materials including concrete, concrete block, brick, stucco, EIFS and fiber-cement surfaces. Coatings based on Carboset SA 850A show an excellent balance of performance properties which can reduce initial as well as lifetime maintenance costs. These coatings can be formulated to meet current regulatory requirements for VOC limitations and regulated substance concerns. Carboset SA 850A can be formulated as a primer for new (high pH) concrete / stucco or as a topcoat with excellent efflorescence resistance. An all-in-one finish is also capable with Carboset SA 850A.
