Lubrizol 3D Printing Solutions offers an expanding portfolio of ESTANE® 3D thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) for use in fused filament fabrication (FFF) 3D printers. Engineered to meet high-performance demands, our TPU can be used across a variety of applications, including everything from footwear to industrial and healthcare products. 

Our portfolio of TPU resins provides 3D designers with high-performing polymers that enable thin part walls, superior layer-to-layer adhesions, and reliable 3D printing of soft, flexible materials. Although our TPU resins are available as pellets, we feature a global network of selected filament manufacturers that sell our material as a filament to be used in a wide variety of 3D printers.

Featuring the distinctive features of variable shore hardness, reduced weight and density, and soft touch, Lubrizol 3D Printing Solutions has enhanced the superior capabilities of TPU in collaboration with varioShore by using their foaming technology.  varioShore TPU variable density/hardness is achieved by changing the printing temperature of the material. The special filament is available in both black and natural colors.
