New Granulated Product

We now offer a granular form of AMPS monomer to replace the powder version of the product.
The major benefits of the granular form include:
- Reduction of dust emissions in the air, resulting in better worker safety and reduced plant maintenance.
- Little or no agglomeration, eliminating clumping and making it easy for customers to transfer.
Since granulation is a post-reaction step, the AMPS monomer chemistry will be unchanged, and customers will not need to re-qualify. The granular change affects only the acid form of AMPS monomer; we continue to offer the salt form in aqueous solutions.
AMPS monomer is incorporated into the creation of water-soluble and water-based polymers that are used in a wide range of applications, including:
| Industrial water treatment | Oil field |
| Construction chemicals | Hydrogels for medical applications |
| Personal care products | Emulsion polymers |
| Detergents | Textile print pastes |
| Photographic film | Adhesives |
| Caulks & sealants | Thickeners |
| Architectural and industrial coatings | Paper coatings |
| Dental adhesives and etchants | |
