This mild, PEG-free emulsion is a starting point formula for wipes and is designed to clean and condition the sensitive skin of babies. Glucate™ DOEmulsifier, a vegetable-derived emulsifier, is combined with Pemulen™ TR-2 Polymer and a low amount of Coco-Glucoside to afford efficient costabilization. Schercemol™ 1818 Ester, also derived from vegetable sources, provides emolliency and a soft afterfeel to this emulsion.
