Carbopol®* Ultrez 30 polymer offers good viscosity in combination with xanthan gum in the presence of 1% salicylic acid and 5% of an electrolyte-containing extract, in this cold process formulation at pH 4. Glucam™* E-20 humectant, along with glycerin, imparts humectancy.
