This toner is ideal to be used after the skin is washed and before using other cosmetic preparations. It tones and relaxes the skin with its refreshing, moisturizing and nourishing properties. Pemulen™ TR-2 Polymer offers excellent stability to this low viscosity milky toner with 6% emollient esters. The distinct emulsification property of Pemulen™ TR-2 Polymer contributes to the watery refreshing burst as the toner is being applied on the skin and also offers a non-tacky, low-residue afterfeel. The combination of Schercemol™ NGDO, SHS, 318 and DISD Esters, offers a cascading emolliency which leaves the skin with a cushiony, smooth feel. This combination of esters also aids skin hydration and prevents skin dryness by replenishing the lipids that are removed by frequent washing.
