A light, fast absorbing emulsion toner stabilized with using Noveon® Consumer Specialties’ versatile PSN - Polymeric Emulsion System, which provides excellent sensory properties. The combination of light, fast absorbing Schercemol™ NGDO Ester and medium rich Schercemol™ 318 Ester provides an elegant slip as the emulsion breaks on the skin and releases the actives. It also contains Glucam™ E-20 Humectant which helps in maintaining skin hydration. It further promotes skin renewal as it releases the actives, closes the pores and soothes the skin.
