Starting formula for a shaving cream to be dispensed from a self-foaming pump. Product will dispense as a stiff foam which will have both good cleansing and good conditioning properties. The Chemonic™ LI-63 Surfactant boosts foaming and cleansing, while providing emolliency and reducing irritation potential.  Sulfochem™ ASV-K Surfactant is mixture of alkyl ether sulfates, which is preferred for its mildness, high foaming, and the soft, conditioning feel of its lather.
