This milky white emulsion is formulated with Pemulen® TR-1 Polymer as the primary emulsifier. SilSense™ DW-18 Silicone serves to reduce particle size and improve emulsion stability. The overall low level of emulsifier makes this ideal for use on sensitive skin. In addition, the silicone ester helps to improve conditioning and sensory properties of the formulation.
