This stable and rich cream provides a non-tacky and velvety soft afterfeel within challenging cost targets, made possible with Carbopol® 940 and Novemer® EC-1 Polymers and SilSense™ DW-18 Silicone. Novemer® EC-1 Polymer provides rheology modification and SilSense™ DW-18 Silicone not only functions as a particle size reducer, but imparts a conditioned skin feel as well.
