Designed to smooth the skin, this cream uses Novemer® EC-1 Polymer as the primary emulsifier. SilSense™ DW-18 Silicone serves as a co-emulsifier and conditioning agent. This emulsifier combination permits the use of a high level of active ingredients. The addition of Carbopol® Ultrez 21 Polymer stabilizes the formulation at the desired pH.
