An emulsion system containing a high electrolyte content (2 wt. % Sodium PCA) is easily achieved with Novemer® EC-1 Polymer and SilSense™ DW-18 Silicone. This emulsion has excellent stability and aesthetic properties. The emulsion is stabilized by the addition of Carbopol® Ultrez 21 Polymer.
