This facial moisturizer contains high levels of cucumber extract and seaweed extract, both of which contain a moderate level of electrolytes. These botanicals are considered to soothe and moisturize the skin. Novemer® EC-1 Polymer is used in this formulation to thicken, stabilize, and reduce the level of traditional emulsifier in this electrolyte-containing moisturizer.
