This easy-to-make, cold-process, low viscosity foaming emulsion is stabilized with Carbopol® Aqua SF-1 Polymer, which provides stabilizing structure for uniform oil droplet distribution and at the same time provides an elegant smooth flowing property to the system. Glucam™ P-20 Humectant offers emolliency and moisturization while improving low temperature stability by enhancing oil solubility.
