Thanks to the liquid emulsifying system consisting of Novemer™ EC-1 Polymer, Chemonic™ OE-10 Ethoxylated Alcohol and Silsense®™ DW-18 Silicone, this white, brilliant moisturizing cream can be prepared under cold process. The formulation is further stabilized by Carbopol® 934 Polymer. With an almond fragrance and smooth moisturizing skinfeel from Schercemol™ DID Ester and Solulan™ L-575 Lanolin Derivative, this product provides a pleasant yet economical experience.
