This light non-greasy lotion imparts non-tacky, long and soft afterfeel that meets challenging cost targets through the use of Carbopol® Ultrez 21 Polymer, Novemer® EC-1 Polymer, SilSense™ DW-18 Silicone and Schercemol™ CO Ester. Schercemol™ CO Ester is used to mitigate the oiliness of mineral oil based formulas. Novemer® EC-1 Polymer provides rheology modification and SilSense™ DW-18 Silicone not only functions as a particle size reducer, but imparts a conditioned skin feel as well.
