All Night Shimmer: Sparkling Night Cream

An all night sparkling glow and a light beautiful afterfeel. This sparkling night cream evenly spreads glitter and leaves the skin glowing from the inside out. This cream was developed using low levels of emulsifier and demonstrates that Novemer™ EC-1 Polymer can be used as a primary emulsifier for up to 15 wt% oil. Carbopol® Ultrez 21 Polymer provides additional thickening and a rich texture, while the combination of Schercemol™ Esters is designed for slip on application and a very wearable light emolliency.
