It contains antioxidants and ingredients to help condition the outer layer of skin. This elegant formulation is emulsified and stabilized by Novemer™ EC-2 Polymer. The combination of Glucam™ P-20 and E-20 Humectants and Merquat™ Plus 3330 Polymer enhances skin hydration without extra tackiness. Incorporation of Schercemol™ DIA and 318 Esters balances the polarity of the oily components which makes the system easier to emulsify. The combination of these two esters also offers a cascading rub-out  sensory having a light to medium cushiony feel with very low residue.
