Larry D. Norwood is corporate vice president of operations. He joined Lubrizol in 1973 as a co-operative education student while attending Lamar University. He has had various assignments in Texas and Ohio in plant production operation, maintenance and technology. From 1982 to 1986, he worked on the corporate technical and operations staff with responsibilities for dispersants, polymers, viscosity index improvers and friction modifiers. Mr. Norwood was general manager for the Texas plants from 1998 to 2003, and served as vice president of Lubrizol Additives operations from April 2004 until September 2008.

Mr. Norwood earned his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Lamar University in 1973.
