C. Lawrence Miller is vice president of human resources of The Lubrizol Corporation. He originally joined Lubrizol in 1988 as manager, human resources. Having left in 1999, Mr. Miller rejoined the company in 2008 as general manager, corporate human resources. Prior to his return to Lubrizol, Mr. Miller served as vice president, global human resources at Tremco Inc., an affiliate of RPM International Inc. In addition, he held global human resources leadership roles at Diebold Corporation and Ferro Corporation. From 1988 until 1999, Mr. Miller held various human resource positions at Lubrizol, including human resources manager, Lubrizol France.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of Borromeo College of Ohio and holds a master’s degree in business administration from Case Western Reserve University. In addition to his role at Lubrizol, he serves on the board of Cleveland’s Center for Families and Children and is president of the French-American Chamber of Commerce (Northern Ohio). Mr. Miller is also a member of the Cleveland Council on World Affairs, European Human Resources Forum and the Human Resource Planning Society.
