In our 80+ years in business, Lubrizol has come a long way from its start in a small building on Manor Avenue, located in Cleveland. Today, we are one of the world’s leading suppliers of specialty chemicals for the transportation, industrial and consumer markets – reaching the far corners of the globe with laboratories and manufacturing facilities in 27 countries.

Our company continues to move in a strong, positive direction, and I am excited about the future of Lubrizol. As part of Berkshire Hathaway, we have strong support for pursuing opportunities to continue creating value for our customers, who look to us to provide innovative chemistries, formulations and solutions for some of the most demanding performance applications in the world. We are well positioned to continue executing our growth agenda, which includes geographic expansion, product innovation, strategic investments and complementary acquisitions.
