Plastic injection molding operations – run by large hydraulic systems – often suffer from high maintenance costs and downtime due to contaminants in the oil. The most likely cause is varnish build-up, which will impair the performance of critical components and affect system productivity.
Lubrizol offers a team of additive products that work together to improve injection molding operations. These products provide hydraulic clean technology, which first remove varnish from the hydraulic system and then keep it out. Using Lubrizol 6786 industrial system cleaner, your customers can remove existing varnish and contamination.
