Solid polymers for lubricants offer a lower treat rate versus liquid polymers. These polymers help to restrict bleed and improve water resistance.

Lubrizol^® 2019 Olefin Copolymer (OCP) 

• Semi crystalline pellet
• Easy solubilization
• Good shear stability

Lubrizol^® 7306 and Lubrizol^® 7308 Styrene-Isoprene (SIP) 

• Enhanced water resistance
• Dramatic reduction in oil separation or bleed tendencies
• Less detrimental to low temperature flow properties versus OCP-type polymers

Lubrizol^® 7408A Styrene Butadiene (SBR) 

• Easier solubilization than SIP 
• Increased thermal stability versus SIP and OCP  

Lubrizol^® 7460 Polymer Composite 

• A Lubrizol patented technology that blends two distinct polymer types to achieve a unique synergistic effect. Polymer shear stability and water spray-off properties are improved versus the individual polymers.
