Carbo-Rite^TMConductive Compound and Sheet Products were a natural extension for providing permanent ESD (electrostatic dissipative) solutions to our customers starting in 2003.  Lubrizol Conductive Polymers has set up a clean manufacturing environment with state of the art compounding equipment to produce cost effective ESD protective compounds with a high level of consistency from lot to lot. Many of these compounds are available in extruded sheet form as well as the injection molding or extrusion compound forms. 

Carbo-Rite compound development utilizing the same techniques for material selection and attention to the end use requirements in combination with manufacturing in clean environments for compounding and sheet extrusion has resulted in the same high level of performance in providing effective ESD compounds and sheet products in a wide range of base resins and conductive filler options.  Often this attention to detail on application requirements and material selection allows the utilization of existing tooling for improving the ESD and cleanliness performance with the use of Carbo-Rite conductive materials.
