Conductive Compound and Sheet Products: Carbo-Rite™ conductive compound and sheet products are a natural extension for providing permanent ESD (electrostatic dissipative) solutions to our customers.  Lubrizol Conductive Polymers has set up a clean manufacturing environment with state of the art compounding equipment to produce cost effective ESD protective compounds with a high level of consistency from lot to lot. Many of these compounds are available in extruded sheet form as well as the injection molding or extrusion compound forms.

Inherently Static Dissipative Alloys: Lubrizol Conductive Polymers pioneered the development of IDP (inherently static dissipative) alloys with the introduction of Stat-Rite® IDP polymers in the late 1980’s.  Stat-Rite inherently static dissipative alloys provide permanent and effective dissipation of electrostatic charges without the use of conductive particulate fillers making them ideal for cleanroom and other manufacturing environments where outgassing, ionic contaminants and low particle generation are critical.

Inherently Static Dissipative Masterbatch Compounds: In late 2008 Lubrizol Conductive Polymers introduced Stat-Rite IDP masterbatch compounds in several base resins.  These provide our customers the opportunity to develop ESD performance in their existing materials by addition of the Stat-Rite IDP masterbatch in levels of 10-30% loading to produce cost effective solutions for their existing applications.
