Powder Coatings

We have established full-service powder application laboratories in Chicago, Illinois and Ritterhude, Germany to support the development and testing of additives specifically for powder coatings. These labs are fully equipped to produce and apply small quantities of powder coatings, as well as perform in-depth analysis of the finished films.

Our finished-film testing capabilities include measurements of abrasion resistance, gloss and haze changes, color changes, effects of accelerated weathering and analysis of surface characteristics. These capabilities enable us to test specialty additives in the same manner as our customers, at every step of the process.
