Lithographic, Oil-Based - Heatset

For oil-based heatset inks, we supply a wide range of waxes that improve the ink's performance both on and off the press. These products include microcrystalline, PTFE, polethylene, and compounds. Products consisting of blends of the different polymers are also available.
 
In addition to wax compounds, we offer a wide range of micronized waxes, ink vehicles, overprint varnishes, and press additives. Our press additive portfolio includes tack modifiers, mist suppresants, emulsification control additives, and optical density stabilizers.

• Solsperse® and Colorburst® hyperdispersants provide increased pigment concentrations, improved rheology and stability, and optimal color development.
  
• Pinnacle® micronized powders allow ink formulators to choose from a wide selection of natural and synthetic polymers that can be micronized to very specific particle sizes.
  
• Protech ^TM   and Thermol ^TM   heatset wax compounds of microcrystalline, polyethylene, PTFE and blends increase rub resistance of the ink surface while on- and off- press.
