Charitable Outreach

One of the ways that Lubrizol and our employees provide support to our local communities is through various charitable outreach efforts.  Employees volunteer their time to offer assistance to local organizations, making use of their individual skills. An annual event in Northeast Ohio that exemplifies this type of charitable outreach is our Building Bonds event.

When you begin work at Lubrizol you will read and sign the policy on legal and ethical conduct. You won’t forget it because human resources updates it regularly and reviews it with every employee. Being ethical is serious business at Lubrizol.
