A custom injection molding material, TempRite^® CIM CPVC compounds have an HDT of up to 220°F (104°C), which promotes dimensional stability at elevated service temperatures. TempRite CIM CPVC materials boast a UL 94 5Va performance rating and have good insulating properties.

Excellent melt-flow characteristics result in improved processing and reduced cycle times, allowing for the design of complex parts. In addition, the low shrinkage of TempRite CIM CPVC materials allow mold design to near-net part shape or for use in molds built for many other thermoplastics.

TempRite CIM CPVC materials are ideal for use in the heating/ventilation/air conditioning industry. Their low viscosity reduces shear sensitivity and broadens the processing window, providing consistent-looking parts with a high quality finish.
