Mike Lipke

Combining his previous sales and marketing experience in working for a metallic pipe fittings manufacturer, Mike serves as the perfect piping expert for his valued customers.
With more than 19 years at Lubrizol, Mike is a well-known and trusted face for The Lubrizol Corporation. As the eastern regional sales manager, Mike is responsible for overseeing all sales initiatives of a large territory—covering states roughly east of the Mississippi River, and portions of eastern and central Canada. With his team of seven, Mike helps his customers through education and support for FlowGuard Gold®, BlazeMaster® and Corzan® products, and works tirelessly to ensure his customers’ success.
Mike’s ability to coach and mentor his sales team helps create camaraderie with his customers. To set himself apart from the competition, he sells TempRite® Engineered Polymers as more than just a resin and compound supplier, but a full-service manufacturer providing market knowledge, R&D and exceptional field support. With a relationship approach to sales, Mike adds his sense of humor to a professional environment, yet focuses on providing added value to his customers at all times.
Mike’s success is a direct result of his dedication to support his customers and firm belief in Lubrizol’s quality products and unique services. In his spare time, Mike enjoys canoeing, woodturning, reading and watching reruns of Rin Tin Tin.
