Marty Musgrave, Managing Customers’ success throughout North America

During his 33 years in the plumbing and piping industry, Marty Musgrave has seen and worked with it all. From selling copper and steel piping systems early in his career to more than a decade of CPVC expertise working with The Lubrizol Corporation, Marty combines his in-depth knowledge and industry experience with his ability to anticipate and understand customers’ wants and needs. He is an ideal resource for plumbers, contractors and other building and construction professionals.

Marty currently serves as national sales manager for the TempRite® Engineered Polymers North America region where he leads a team of piping systems consultants charged with creating demand for FlowGuard Gold® Pipe & Fittings, BlazeMaster® Fire Sprinkler Systems and Corzan® Industrial Systems. He is responsible for overseeing sales activities in all 50 states and Canada, helping to educate end users on the many benefits Lubrizol’s CPVC technology provides in residential, commercial and industrial applications. Marty is also focused on strengthening relationships with the top 20 national home builders.

Prior to working for Lubrizol, Marty’s professional background included copper piping sales, giving him a unique perspective when communicating to end users why Lubrizol’s CPVC
technology is a better solution compared to copper and other metallic piping systems. Marty is able to share firsthand experience about the shortcomings of copper in piping applications, while promoting The Lubrizol Advantage to plumbing professionals.

In his spare time, Marty enjoys playing golf, watching baseball and spending time with his four grandchildren.
