TOLCO™ Hanger Offers Smart Design, Easy Installation

TOLCO™ offers a UL-Listed hanger/restraint that provides both design and performance advantages. The product is made of pre-galvanized steel and can be used in steel piping and CPVC systems, including BlazeMaster® pipe and fittings. The innovative design of the Figure 22L2 allows for installation close to a CPVC fitting without compressing the pipe. Compression in combination with an incompatible ancillary product can result in environmental stress cracking, and over time, stress cracking can lead to failures.

The Figure 22L2 hanger/restraint can be installed in concrete, wood or steel. For easier installation, the product comes in open position, and its fastening tab can be positioned up or down. Because it can be installed in a variety of structures, fasteners are not included with the product. Installers should verify that anchors and fasteners meet UL requirements and test loads for CPVC hangers and steel pipe hangers, depending on the structure or material the product will be installed in.

The TOLCO Figure 22L2 One-Hole Hanger & Restraint is UL Listed to support CPVC and steel piping in both the U.S. and Canada, and it is available for hanging or restraining a range of pipe sizes from ¾ inch (20 mm) to 2 inches (50 mm).
