Jeff Gibson Blazes Trails in Fire Protection

Jeff Gibson knows a thing or two about uncharted territory: He secured approval for BlazeMaster® CPVC in the city of Chicago; he developed the National Training Blitz—a leading interactive training program that included 2,000 people in 12 cities in three months; and now his newest challenge is serving as Key Account Manager and shaping how the role supports the Global Fire Protection Systems business segment of Lubrizol CPVC.
As Key Account Manager, Jeff focuses on serving independent distributors and key BlazeMaster accounts in North America, including account management support for Viking.
There is no question that Jeff’s work is all about delivering More Inside—even when much of that effort is happening behind the scenes, in unglamorous yet essential ways.
“Professionals in the industry may know and recognize our brands and products,” Jeff said, “but they don’t often know everything we do to serve our customers.”
Jeff knows the indisputable value of listening to customers. In fact, the Key Account Manager role was created in direct response to the needs of a customer. To Jeff, this move is perfectly in line with the More Inside value proposition.

In the Key Account Manager role, which he officially started on January 1, 2013, Jeff will continue to provide excellent service to existing partners, as well as blaze new trails for BlazeMaster CPVC in the fire protection systems industry wherever opportunities may arise.
