Lubrizol Promotes Willis to General Manager of TempRite® Engineered Polymers
CLEVELAND, June 2011 – The Lubrizol Corporation (NYSE:LZ) announces the promotion of Dale Willis to general manager, TempRite® Engineered Polymers. In this new role, Willis is responsible for leading the company’s FlowGuard Gold®, BlazeMaster® and Corzan® piping brands, as well as TempRite Material Solutions.
Willis has been with the company for nearly 20 years, most recently serving as global business director for Estane® Engineered Polymers. Throughout his career, Willis has served in a variety of sales, marketing and leadership roles for several of the company’s polymer business lines.
“Dale has been a driving force in helping build market demand for a number of our key products,” says Rocco Mango, vice president and general manager of Lubrizol Engineered Polymers. “His focus on product innovation and customer needs make him the ideal candidate for this position. Willis has an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and a BS in civil engineering from West Point. Prior to joining the company, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army.
